Create Sales Order

- Salesperson creates a Sales Order (SO).
- Specifies customer, products, quantities, and pricing.
- Confirms the Sales Order.

Step 1

Stock Picking (Delivery)

- A delivery order (stock picking) is automatically created for the SO.
- The warehouse team processes the delivery:
Picks the products from stock.
Validates the delivery once the products are shipped.

Step 2

Update Inventory

- Stock levels are updated after delivery validation.
- Inventory reflects the products that have been delivered.

Step 3

Generate Bill (Invoice)

- After the delivery is confirmed, an invoice can be created:
- Salesperson or accounting team generates the bill from the Sales Order or delivery.
